MAG Box / Infomir IPTV Setup Guide
Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive your server portal address and login details to add to your MAG Box settings.
This beginner‑friendly guide walks you through setting up IPTV on any MAG Box or Infomir device.
Before You Begin
Your MAG Box (Infomir Box) has a unique MAC address starting with 00:1A:79. You can find this MAC ID on the back of your device. Copy it and provide it to your IPTV provider so they can activate your service.
VIP TV Now supports IPTV for all MAG Box Infomir models and many other devices, including Android boxes, NVIDIA Shield, Firestick, Smart TVs, Chromecast, and Apple TV.

MAG Boxes run on either Android OS or Linux. If yours runs Android, you can access the Google Play Store and install Android apps. All MAG Boxes include a built‑in IPTV player designed for MAC‑based IPTV servers, so you do not need third‑party apps like STB EMU, IPTV Smarters, XCIPTV, Cheetah IPTV, or Fire IPTV.
Step‑by‑Step Installation
Step 1: Access Settings
From the main menu, select Settings.
Step 2: Open System Settings
Inside the Settings menu, choose System Settings.
Step 3: Connect to the Internet
Go to Network and connect via Wi‑Fi or Ethernet.
Step 4: Locate Your MAC Address
Find your MAC address (starting with 00:1A:79). It’s printed on the back of the box or visible in the settings. Provide this MAC ID to VIP TV Now during signup or via Live Chat.
Step 5: Return to System Settings
Go back to System Settings to continue setup.
Step 6: Open the Servers Tab
Select Servers.
Step 7: Select Portals
Inside the Servers menu, click Portals.
Step 8: Enter Portal Information
Enter the Portal Name and Portal URL provided by VIP TV Now after your payment is confirmed. Click Save.
Step 9: Restart the Portal
Select Restart Portal.
Step 10: Enjoy Your IPTV Service
After restarting, you should see a yellow loading bar across the screen. Your channels will load, and your MAG Box is ready to use.
